A Day on the Space Station
Choose a Narrator
There it is! Orbiting high above the Earth: the Space Station. It's as big as a football field, with wide golden wings spread out to catch the sunlight. And it never stops. It races right around our planet sixteen times a day!
Let's go aboard. The round door slides open. Whoa, look at this place! It's bigger inside than a whole house: room after room, joined by long tunnels that go on and on. And handrails everywhere, because nobody walks up here. They float!
Look who's here! Astronauts live and work on the Station for months at a time. They come from all over the world: different countries, different languages, all sharing one floating home. Let's go and see what they do up here.
